Ingredients for 6 people:
- 1 puff pastry 4 medium zucchini
- 1 jar of pesto rosso (Benso)
- 1 goat cheese bread crumbs olive oil salt and freshly ground pepper
1 Brown the diced zucchini in a little olive oil and add 2 tablespoons pesto rosso at the end of the cooking time. Add salt and pepper.
2 Preheat the thermostat oven 7. Line a baking tin with parchment paper. Brush the whole surface with pesto rosso and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Pour the zucchini over the pesto before placing a few slices of goat cheese.
3 Cover with the puff pastry and solder the edges. Prick the dough with a fork and bake for about thirty minutes.
4 Once the dough is golden brown, turn off the oven and leave the pie in the hot oven for a few minutes.
5 Gently turn the tarte tatin on a plate and serve immediately!
