Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 1 kg of prawns
  •  1 tablespoon pistou Benso
  • 4 c. to s. olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 gr fresh tagliatelle

Preparation of prawns

     Quickly wash the prawns and sponge them
     Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the prawns for about 6 minutes.
     Turn them often so that they are cooked on all sides, deglaze with the lemon juice, salt and pepper
     In the same pan, fry the pistou Benso, without letting it burn
     Arrange the prawns on fresh tagliatelle and serve immediately.
     Decorate with a basil leaf
