Organic and biodynamic balsamic cream is a reduction of organic IGP balsamic vinegar, aged for three years, with violet flower hydrosol.

🟣 SAVORY DISHES TO ACCOMPANY VIOLET BALSAMIC CREAM

🥩 1. Roasted duck breast, sweet potato purée

Why does it work? Duck loves sweet and savory flavors. Violet adds a floral delicacy to the richness of the duck breast.

Tip: Lightly drizzle the sliced duck breast with balsamic cream just before serving.
